When you hire Pekoe, Reed, Wright and Associates to represent you in your Social Security Disability  or Supplemental Security Income we notify Social Security and immediately begin preparing your case. PRW takes responsibility for the details of your claim and informs you of your case’s progress.

Ron Pekoe
Upon graduation from college, Mr. Pekoe began working for the Social Security Administration – ultimately becoming a manager of a Social Security office in New York. In 1992, Mr. Pekoe retired from the Social Security Administration and formed PRW & Associates in Winter Park, Fl. Utilizing his vast knowledge and experience of the inner workings of the Social Security process, the mission of PRW to assist individuals obtain the benefits they are entitled to and deserve in a smooth and efficient manner.



Linda Reed
Worked for the Social Security Administration for 16 years.  During her career, she had worked in all areas of Social Security and SSI disability.  In her 21 years of private practice, she has successfully represented over thousands of clients in obtaining their disability benefits


Mary Kay Wright
Began her career as a claims representative with the Social Security Administration in Detroit, Michigan.  Her government service spanned 14 years handling disability, retirement and survivors cases.  For the past 21 years she has been in private practice specializing in representation of clients seeking Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability benefits.

Joshua Syme
A magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, and the proud managing partner of PRW and Associates, LLC. As an advocate for the disabled since 2006, Mr. Syme has recovered millions of dollars in benefits for injured workers and the disabled.

Rick Gach
Began his career 25 years ago as a litigation paralegal assisting with workers’ compensation claims on behalf of injured workers.  For the past 12 years, he has represented claimants at hearings before the Social Security Administration.  He has attended over 1500 hearings before Administrative Law Judges.  His litigation experience has helped him obtain much needed benefits for clients seeking disability and SSI benefits.


Elle Peck
A Lexington, Kentucky native, graduated from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Prior to that, she attended the University of Kentucky where she earned a B.A. in Communication. Elle is a highly skilled communicator with advanced training in mediation. Elle understands the importance of actively listening to her clients and is able to identify areas where a claim might be strengthened in order to obtain a favorable decision.
